SEC, Inc., is licensed to survey in the states of Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. We have been located in the Verde Valley/Sedona area of central Arizona for over 30 years. Our knowledge of the area, excellent working relationships with city, county and state officials, combined with a concern to provide the highest quality work, enable us to effectively handle your land planning, surveying/engineering needs.

We use state-of-the-art computer programs to produce precise drawings ranging from simple lot survey plats to multiple page subdivision designs and plats.

Our staff has the necessary education and experience to provide land use planning, civil engineering, hydrology, or land surveying assistance for large land development projects. Yet we also recognize the importance of smaller scale jobs, such as a subdivision lot survey, or parcel split, and treat these with the same degree of care and professionalism as the larger projects.
