THUNDER MOUNTAIN RANCH (90 Acre, Two Unit)
- 36-Lot Planned Residential Development (PRD)
- 42-Lot Planned Residential Development (PRD)
- This project involved the development of 90 acres in two Units. Services included planning; zone change and civil design of roads, utilities and storm drainage facilities; Final Plat preparation; Construction Survey Staking and Engineer's Certified As-Built Plans.

DISTANT DRUMS RV RESORT (17-Acre, 180-Space RV Resort)
- This project involved site plan preparation, zoning, civil design engineering, utility plans, road improvement plans, Department of Transportation Right-of-Way Improvements, Hydrology, water system design, construction survey staking, Engineer's Certified As-Built Plans.

EAGLE ROCK SUBDIVISION (9-Acre, 26-Lot Planned Residential Development (PRD))
- This project included all facets of planning and zoning from the initial survey and topographic map preparation, site plan preparation and zone change including public hearings and presentation to civil design of streets and stormwater management systems. Preliminary and Final Plat preparation; construction survey staking and engineering as-built certified plans were also included.

CRIMSON VIEW SUBDIVISION (30-Acre, 99-Lot Planned Residential Development (PRD))
- This project included all facets of planning and zoning from the initial survey and topographic map preparation, site plan preparation, Preliminary and Final Plat preparation and zone change including public hearings and presentations to civil design of streets and stormwater management systems. Construction survey staking and engineers as-built certified plans were also provided by SEC, Inc.

FAIRFIELD COMMUNITIES (20-Acre Mixed-Use Planned Development (PAD) including Time-share, Apartments and Residential Lots)
- This project included an A.L.T.A. Property Survey, Topographic Survey, Site Plan preparation, Public Involvement Process, zone change to Planned Area Development (PAD). Preliminary and Final Site plans as well as Preliminary and Final Plats for land division and sale.
- Platting required Civil Design for utilities infra-structure including: streets, parking, sewer & water, electric, onsite specialized telephone connectivity, grading & drainage plans and reports, bridge culvert and City Street improvements. Construction survey staking and Engineer's Certifications and as-built plans were also provided by SEC, Inc.

SEDONA SUMMIT (Units I, II & III)
- Planned Development (PAD) including 9-Acre, 64-Unit Timeshare Project; 24-Acre, 170-Unit Timeshare Project.
- This project included an A.L.T.A. Property Survey, Topographic Survey, Site Plan preparation, Public Involvement Process, zone change to Planned Area Development (PAD). Preliminary and Final Site plans as well as Preliminary and Final Plats for land division and sale.

CASA CONTENTA (A 70-Acre, 99-Lot Planned Residential Development (PRD))
- Planning included topographic mapping, public information process and public meetings necessary for obtaining a zone change for development.
- Preliminary and Final Plats were prepared and taken through the entire Planning and Zoning and CIty Council process. Platting included civil design by SEC of infrastructure combining sewer & water plans, street plans, utilities and stormwater hydrology plans and reports.
- SEC provided construction survey staking, engineer's certificates of completion and as-built drawings for a turn-key project.

UNITY CHURCH (A 4-Acre Conditional Use Permit for a 19.000 square foot Church)
- This project included: boundary and topographic surveys, vegetation survey and quantification and mapping; site plan preparation; parking, paving, storm drainage and utilities engineering design; Public input process, public meetings and final site plan preparation to obtain the Conditional Use Permit.
