This service is typically provided to developers, lenders and attorneys who desire a pre-purchase evaluation to confirm the development feasibility of a particular property. At SEC, Land Use Planning begins with the client's development goals and objectives. Our role is to coordinate those goals and objectives with the federal, state, county, and municipal regulations and ordinances that may be applicable. In addition to the personal side, this is accomplished through the use of state-of-the-art Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Global Positioning Systems (GPS), combined to produce a high level of technical efficiency. Land Use Planning at SEC encompasses a multitude of disciplines, reflected in our documents, maps, and reports, and public presentations. Our goal is to cover the range of environmental, technical, and planning issues necessary to successfully meet the client's goals and objectives.
