At SEC, Land Use Planning begins with the client's development goals and objectives. Our role is to coordinate those goals and objectives with the federal, state, county, and municipal regulations and ordinances that may be applicable.

In addition to the personal side, this is accomplished through the use of state-of-the-art Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Global Positioning System (GPS), combined to produce a high level technical efficiency.
