Neil Johnson – Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Project Liaison has over 30 years of production and supervisory experience on a wide array of projects working with engineering and construction projects including Quality Control review.  These projects range in size and complexity from small, two or three person teams working in remote locations to large, multi-disciplinary planning and design efforts.  His diverse experience has made him adept at organizing, describing, and problem solving complex issues inherent to planning and design projects of all sizes. His years working as a forester have made him sensitive to environmental concerns and lead him to naturally include these concerns in his planning and design efforts. His experience includes: review for code compliance, value engineering, cost control and scheduling.

Mark Farr, RLS - Principal Surveyor has over 25 years of field and office experience, including large developments, from their initial stages to the final construction surveys and as-built drawings.   He has worked with governmental agencies at the Municipal, County, and State levels.  His background includes Cadastral and Boundary Surveying, Construction Surveying, As-built Documentation; Sectional Breakdowns; Subdivision Lot Surveys; Minor Land Divisions; Associated Legal Descriptions; Results of Survey Plats.  In addition, Mark has been involved in the supervision and management of survey crews, proposal preparation, and contract administration.  As Principal surveyor and Vice President for SEC, Inc. he has worked on all survey phases for more than twenty-five commercial and residential subdivisions.

G. Krishan Ginige, P.E. - Project Engineer brings over 13 years of extensive experience in site and project management to SEC.  In addition to his management skills, he is responsible for overseeing the design and development of all aspects of a project including the drainage reports, water distribution systems, grading/road plans, 404 wash channelization, and underground detention.  His experience also includes the construction of hi-rise buildings, large warehouses, hospitals, water treatment plans and power stations.  

Timothy Chee Huskett, E.I.T. – Design Engineer has a significant amount of experience designing street geometry and grading/paving plans and addressing drainage, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and implementing hydraulic structures per city, county, and state regulations.   Timothy has five years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial land development projects.  As a member of the Diné Nation, he has also worked extensively with Indian Health Services (IHS) designing and coordinating projects involving water and wastewater systems.

Don Speer, P.E., R.L.S. - Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Construction Estimation brings over 45 years of broad knowledge in the Engineering, Contracting, and Real Estate fields.  After his military service, he worked for ADOT in Flagstaff, earning his Professional Engineer's license due to his extensive and numerous years in the engineering and construction fields.  While working with ADOT, Don ran the field laboratory, screening and fabricating concrete cylinders and testing.  Mr. Speer is responsible for plan review, quality assurance, quality control, field inspections, cost estimates, and contract management.
