Sedona Summit is a premier Planned Area interval ownership development which includes 214 units spread over 29+ acres. The upscale Resort features four swimming pools, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis and two Clubhouse facilities. SEC supplied the full range of engineering and surveying services required on this five-phase project ranging from topographic survey through final as-built drawings. SEC also produced water and sewer plans as well as grading/drainage plans and reports, acted as liaison with architects and contractors and obtained all necessary City permits. Construction staking of grades, culverts, utilities and building locations was done in addition to construction inspections and Engineers evaluation and certifications<.
