SEC's engineering designs and analyses not only meet local, state and federal requirements, but provide for best practices for retention/detention, on-site drainage, base flood elevations, conveyance calculations, hydraulic structure analysis and minimum/maximum slope requirements.  We use all of this information in determining land development feasibility.

SEC generates cross-sections, cut/fill quantities, provides on-site earthwork balance where possible, utilize 3D terrain modeling, and provides information for reviewers, contractors and inspectors.
