Sedona at Seven Canyons is a high end private residence Golf Club containing interval and whole ownership villas, private residence estate lots plus all of the amenities expected in this type of property. Over the last five years, SEC has been intimately involved in the planning, permitting, design and construction of four distinct phases of the development.
Planning efforts included obtaining two Minor PAD Amendments, preparation of final plats, liaison with County officials and attending owner driven planning sessions. Permits obtained ranged from Permits to Construct through Certificates to Operate for all forms of utilities including a 65,000 GPD waste water treatment plant.
