Distant Drums RV Resort
The Distant Drums RV Resort is situated on 9.7 acres located in the central Verde Valley region of Arizona. The project consists of a 76-room Motel with wide, paved roads that wind through the landscaped grounds to 156 RV Sites. The facilities at Distant Drums include heated pool and Jacuzzi and a country store.
SEC provided the Engineering Plans including: hydrology, grading and paving, and utility. SEC was crucial in the negotiations with ADOT and designed a deceleration lane to the project. SEC also obtained a certification for a new public water source and provided the construction supervision and as-built documents for the completed RV Park portion.
